1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZajGame API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

3. API Usage

You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use ZajGame API for integrating casino and betting services into your platform.

• Maximum 10,000 API calls/hour (Starter Plan)
• 99.9% uptime SLA
• Real-time game data, odds, and player analytics

4. Revenue Share & Payments

You agree to pay ZajGame a revenue share based on Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR):

• Starter: 15% GGR
• Pro: 12% GGR
• Enterprise: 8%–10% GGR (volume-based)

Payments due within 7 days via bank transfer, crypto (USDT), or bKash (BD partners).

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the API for illegal gambling in restricted jurisdictions
• Reverse engineer or modify the API
• Share API keys with unauthorized parties
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities

6. Data & Privacy

ZajGame processes player data in compliance with GDPR and local laws. You are responsible for obtaining player consent.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZajGame is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of revenue or data.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of U.S.A and Mexico.
